Returns

  • All returns must have an RGA number (return goods authorization number can be obtained from our Customer Service Department). Please call 1-800-279-5955. All unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% processing fee for supplies and a 20% processing fee for products that ship via motor freight plus a $10 administrative charge.
  • FREE SHIPPING: For Return items sold with "Free Shipping" or a flat rate shipping -- Customers are responsible for both the delivery and return shipping fees. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RGA number.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. All returns subject to a 15%-20% restocking fee, depending on the type of product.
  • In the event that there is a non-functioning component to equipment that was shipped via motor freight, such as, but not limited to a treadmill, exercise bike or treatment table, and in order to mitigate unnecessary shipping costs and other expenses, the manufacturer may exercise their right to perform, at their own cost, a warranty repair and installation of the non-functioning component. If a customer still wishes to return the said product, they will be responsible for all shipping charges back to the manufacturer and manufacturer restocking fees.

  • CUSTOM COLORED FURNITURE: Products that are specially-ordered such furniture (tables, chairs, stools, etc.) made in custom colors using our color charts, ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  • Sorry, for health/hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on items that are designed to be used against the skin, such as foot products, hand products and soft goods.
  • Products that require assembly are not returnable if they have already been unboxed and/or assembled. This includes, but is not limited to electric high-low treatment tables, strength stations, treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, steppers, exercise cable systems (pulley systems), etc. The rationale is that these products cannot be sold as new once they have been unboxed and/or assembled. Tartan Group does not sell used equipment.
