The Web Slide Professional Exercise Rail System - Complete Package

Web Slide is an in-clinic system for regular users of low cost exercise equipment such as resistance tubing and pulleys - devices that provide resistance, stretching/traction and ROM. It requires just 3' of floor space and includes everything you need - fixtures, exercise devices, educational materials - to quickly and effectively train patients in need of rehab exercise programs.

So Easy to Use:

  • Select exercise from the wall poster.
  • Remove choice of exercise device from storage rack.
  • Slide web-strap device onto any of 15 rail position anchor points and begin exercise.
  • Prescribe exercise routines and maintain patient histories with Exercise "Tear Sheets".

Each Kit includes:

  • A - Three 6"x28" Zinc Plated Exercise Rails, each with 5 Anchor Points (mount them individually for separate exercise stations or create a single 7' tall station.
  • B - One 24" Zinc Plated Steel Storage Rack with 16 Positions to Store and Organize the System's Exercise Equipment and Exercise Prescription Pads.
  • C - Three Basic Exercise Devices and 1 Accessory Item (12 pieces total).

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Most orders are shipped via UPS whenever possible, however, larger products are shipped via motor freight.
Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Motor Freight LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipments - It is your responsibility to prepare and arrange for your own receiving, unpacking, assembly (if required), placement of merchandise and removal/disposal of debris. Tartan Group covers the cost of these two additional services only:

  • 24 Hour Advance Notice - Where the trucking company calls you in advance to notify you of when they will deliver the product(s).
  • Lift Gate Service - If your facility does not have a loading dock, a special truck with a hi-lo platform will be dispatched to make the delivery in order to bring your product(s) down to street level.

You may, however, request to include this additional service for an additional $150 (PLEASE CALL 800-279-5955 TO ADD THIS SERVICE TO YOUR ORDER).

  • Inside Delivery - Where the trucker brings your merchandise within the first threshold of the building. IMPORTANT: You must be sure that your doorway will accommodate the size of each product or else the driver cannot perform the inside delivery.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time for furniture, mats, capital equipment & any products with custom colors.

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE-DELIVERY FEES or RE-DIRECT FEES TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN WHAT IS STATED AS THE SHIP-TO ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUSAL TO RECEIVE DELIVERIES: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER A PRODUCT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED TO YOU OR YOU REFUSE TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES INCURRED UP TO THAT POINT, WHICH INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: DELIVERY CHARGES, RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES, RESTOCKING FEES AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES).

DAMAGED GOODS:
Damaged or short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Inspect all cartons for damage immediately upon receiving. If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact Tartan Group Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving shipment at 1-800-279-5955 to start processing an insurance claim. An order will be entered at that time to replace the merchandise.
  • Save the container and merchandise for inspection.
