Aircast Cryo Cuff

Applies safe compression to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain. Great for cold and compression therapy applied in the clinic, on the athletic field or specific body part with pressurized ice water. The cooler holds enough water and ice for 6 to 8 hours of cryotherapy. The tube exchanges the water between the cooler and cuff. Fill the cooler with water and ice, and secure the cuff. Elevating the cooler then forces cold water into the cuff and compresses the affected area. Compression is controlled by gravity and is proportional to the elevation of the cooler. The Cryo/Cuff ™ AutoChill® System (sold below) eliminates manual water recycling by automatically exchanging water between cuff and cooler using an electric pump. All cuffs are one size fits all, except for the knee cuff. To determine knee cuff size, measure circumference of leg 6" above the patella. Nylon and vinyl construction.

Cryo/Cuff™ AutoChill® System
This addition to the Aircast® Cryo/Cuff ™ compression dressing system automatically exchanges water from cuff to cooler using an electronic pump; it eliminates need for manual water recycling and the need for elevation of unit. Attaches to Cryo/Cuff™ Cooler - entire unit is portable for easy to use treatment system on-thego. Pulsating pressure resulting from the automatic exchange of water provides comfort and therapeutic benefits for intermittent compression.  The AutoChill System does not come with the Cooler and Tube Assembly.
