Total Gym PowerTower enables clinicians to fine-tune patients' exercise regimens in one degree increments, or in any of 12 pre-calibrated levels. Simply press a switch to adjust the resistance level during any exercise in progress. Virtually unlimited incremental adjustments from 3% to 72% of the user's body weight. Provides over 100 functional exercises and clinical variations for the trunk, upper and lower extremities, as well as a Pilates repertoire of over 100 mat and reformer exercises. Resistance Levels: 12 levels are calibrated in 3˚ to 35˚ slope, 3% to 72% of body weight.
